ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will I receive my order?
- Standard (ready-to-ship) items are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
- Custom or handmade items can take up to 3–14 days to prepare, depending on the complexity of your order.
- During peak seasons, processing may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all EU countries and most countries in Europe. For questions about shipping outside these areas, contact us at info@petsquadbxl.com.
How much is shipping?
Standard delivery is FREE for Benelux orders over €100.
Shipping fees to other regions are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Didn’t receive one? Email us!
PRODUCTS & SIZING
What size bandana should I get for my dog?
Check our size guide on each product page to find the best fit for your dog’s neck size.
If unsure, measure your pet’s neck and compare with our sizing chart. If you need more help, contact us with your pet’s measurement and we’re happy to advise!
How do slip-on and tie-on bandanas work?
- Slip-On Bandana: Features the same pattern on both sides. The dog’s collar slides through an opening, then attaches as usual. A collar is required; it’s not meant to be tied around the neck.
- Tie-On Bandana: Patterned on the front, plain on the back. Designed to tie loosely around your dog’s neck. Ensure it’s not too tight—two fingers should easily fit between the bandana and the neck.
Are your items really handmade or customizable?
Most of our items are handmade, and many can be customized with your pet’s name or a special message. Look for “customizable” options on the product page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! You have 14 days under EU law to return any non-personalized, unused item.
Handmade/personalized items can only be returned if faulty or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
My item is damaged/incorrect, what do I do?
Contact us at info@petsquadbxl.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll put things right as quickly as possible!

How should I care for your handmade products?
Spot clean and air dry is best for most fabric items. Always check product labels or our product pages for specific care instructions.
CUSTOM ORDERS & GIFTS
Can I order something completely custom or personalized?
Absolutely! Many products can be personalized. For special requests, contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Yes, just let us know at checkout if your order is a gift, and you can add a message.
